You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Buddy is a high energy ball of love and fun. He loves everyone!! His favorite activities are to be walked, play ball, or just simply sit in the window and watch all the goings on outside. He will definitely need a yard with a nice size fence or invisible fence because if he see's someone or something he needs to visit, he's going regardless if it's a good idea or not. He also tends to guard his yard, so slow introductions into the yard are best. or just simply have guests come through the house 1st to the yard. He's good with kids, however he tends to be a bit rambunctious, so older kids would be better. Cats he does enjoy, but the cats themselves not so much. Our 1 bigger, stronger, and more daring cat is Buddy's bestie. But our foster kitty Pipa is more of a target than a companion. He just wants to play. Sometimes the cats, not so much. He is such a snuggle bug!! wants to do everything to be with you, love you, and please you. His favorite place to sleep is in bed snuggled under the covers. Right up next to you where he feels safe. He's not a huge fan of the kennel, but we're still working on it. I do leave him in there when I go to work which is about a 6/7 hour time frame. however at bedtime I give in and he sleeps with us. House training is also a work in progress, but he's getting there. We just simply keep a belly band on him so there's no peeing happening in the house and take him out every couple hours. Then tons of praise when he does go outside. His is more of a marking issue rather than actual going to the bathroom. So a home without another male dog would probably help. Buddy is the kindest, most loving dog with the most amazingly beautiful soul. He Truly deserves a loving home!! Adoption fee is $268.
